Opening hours of Administrative Office : 11:00 – 15:00 on weekdays
*The administrative offices will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. (Please check the academic calendar for the holidays when classes will be in session, as well as for the days when classes will not be in session.)
*Because the administrative staff will be working in shifts, there will be fewer staff in all administrative offices than usual, so students may have to wait to speak at the reception desk. Also, it may be difficult getting through the phone. Please feel free to continue using “Inquiry Form”.
