• The office is closed on Sundays, holidays, on Saturdays during the summer and winter breaks, and on any other holidays designated by the university.
• Office work is not processed during the period when no classes are held throughout the entire university in mid August.
• Access to Waseda campus is restricted during the month of February in order to prepare for entrance examinations; during this period, office work will be handled between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in Okuma Garden Hall.

Notices, announcements and school-related information for students (e.g., schedule of class cancellation, courses and events) are posted on the GSE bulletin board. Make sure to check this bulletin board upon arrival at the school.

In particularly important and urgent cases, the Graduate School Office may contact students by e-mail, telephone, or other methods. Accordingly, students should keep the Graduate School Office informed of their current address and telephone number (Students can use the MyWaseda to change their information).

4. The room is equipped with 79 tables and 5 bookshelves.

Room 1105 on 11th floor is designated as Seminar Room for Master Students of FPSE. Your student ID card is used to enter the room. Scan your student ID card to the card reader set at the door.

The seats in the room are all non-reserved.

Room 1101, 1102 on 11 floor is designated as Seminar Room for Doctoral Students of GSE. Your student ID card is used to enter the room. Scan your student ID card to the card reader set at the door.

*1 If you wish to use these rooms at around the gate closing time, an application is needed on a semester bases.

*2 During the Campus Access Restrictions Period due to Entrance Examinations, an entrance permission card is needed.

Located on the basement floor are the FPSE Student Library and the FSPE Faculty Library. Your student ID card is used to enter the rooms. Please visit the following link of Waseda University Library webpage for more information.

Students who wish to use personal locker may get a key from graduate school office. Students need to conduct application procedures in according with guidance from graduate school.
