If you have not returned the book(s) or you have any charge unpaid, you will not receive your diploma and will not be able to use the library as an alumni.
Please confirm the following (1) or (2) that applies to you and be sure to return all the book(s).

The due date of the books borrowed before the library data update will not be automatically renewed. |
*2 When you graduate or complete programs, please be sure to return your student ID to the office of the faculty you belong to according to its instruction.

| *1 | If you want to borrow book(s) on and after Saturday, March 15 or renew due date beyond Saturday, March 15, please come to the service desk of libraries and reading rooms. However, if you have an overdue book, you will not be able to borrow books or renew beyond the due date. The due date will be Monday, March 31 at the longest. | *2 | Between the return of your student ID and the issue of a new one, you can enter the library (but cannot borrow books) with a ‘Certificate of Graduate School Admission’ (or ‘Letter of Acceptance’ etc.) issued by the Graduate School Office. On and after Tuesday, April 1, you can enter the libraries and borrow the books with your new student ID. |
