RefWorks, a citation management tool (English Program)

RefWorks is a web-based bibliography manager, useful for writing a paper. It allows you to manage and store bibliographic information and make bibliographies in standard formats. Let’s learn the basics of RefWorks from a ProQuest’s instructor!
