Renewal procedure of library card for Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor (without tenure) and Research Associate

A Library card for Professor (without tenure), Associate Professor (without tenure), Assistant Professor (without tenure) and Research Associate will expire on March 31, 2016.
Those who continue their current positions in 2016 academic year can renew their library cards and user’s data as following procedure. The expiration date after renewal is on March 31, 2017.


Renewal procedure: 
1.Duration of renewal service
From Tuesday, March 1 through Thursday, March 31

2.Libraries you can renew and service hours
●Information desk of the Central Library (2F)
Monday – Friday 9:30-19:00, Saturday – Sunday 10:30-16:00
*Service hour might be changed during vacation. Library is closed on March 21.

●Service desk of each campus library
Monday- Saturday 9:30-16:30 Library is closed on March 21.

Notice:
– Please note that you cannot renew your library card if you have overdue book(s). Please make sure to return before taking a procedure.
– Due date of book(s) you checked out remains the same day even after completion of renewal procedure. To extend your borrowing period, please log on to ‘View Your Records’ on WINE or re-check out the book at the circulation desk. Procedure on WINE is available 5 days prior to your due date.
– We might contact a department office you belong to for confirming your status when you apply.
