The library cards are valid for one academic year (until the end of March).
Issuance / renewal procedures of 2017 library card (green) are as follows. Required verification documents differ depending on the status and the application periods.

Library cannot be used. Issuance / renewal of the library card is not available.

The library data of those who have the previous year’s library card can be renewed on the spot. “Application Form for Library Card” can be submitted in these libraries, but it takes a few days to issue/renew the card.

Only the library data of those who have the previous year’s library card can be renewed on the spot. Please go to the Central Library for the renewal/issuance of the library card itself.
◆Notice
- When you apply for a new library card or renew your library card, you have to fill out and submit the “Application Form for Library Card”.
- Please note that you cannot renew your library card if you have overdue book(s). Please make sure to return them before the renewal.
- Due date of book(s) you checked out remains the same day even after completion of renewal procedure. To extend your due date beyond March 31, please renew your due date by yourself on WINE or re-check out the book at the circulation desk.
- We might contact a department office you belong to for confirming your status when you apply.
