For the students who are graduating or completing programs in this March, please keep in mind that the usage of the Library will change.
In case that you have not returned books or you have any charge unpaid, you will not be able to receive your certificate of degree. In addition, you will not be allowed to use the library after graduation.
Please confirm the following (1) or (2) that applies to you and be sure to return all the books.
(1) Students who are graduating or completing programs, Enchosei (students who are enrolled beyond designated academic years)*1, Non-degree Students, Research Students, and Exchange Students, who are completing programs
Borrowing books : Until Thursday, March 14
Returning books : Until Friday, March 15 at the longest. Due date of each book will be the designated day indicated at the original check out.
Entering the Library : Until the day of Graduation Ceremony (*)
*1 | Students who are enrolled in Spring semester of 2024 as Enchosei Regarding borrowing on and after Friday, March 15, Enchosei can borrow books as usual after the status as ‘current student’ is registered in the library data in mid-March. The due date of the books borrowed before the registration will not be automatically renewed. |
(*) When you graduate or complete programs, please be sure to return your student ID to the office of the faculty you belong to according to its instruction.
(2) Students who enroll Master’s program or Doctoral program from April 2024 including advancement from non-degree students of Waseda, Students who will become to or continue to be a research student in Waseda.
Borrowing books : Until Thusday, March 14 *2
Returning books : Until Friday, March 15 at the longest. Due date of each book will be the designated day indicated at the original check out. *2

*3 | On and after Monday, April 1, you can enter the libraries and borrow the books as a new identification with your new student ID card. |
