Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association has reviewed the scope of medical benefits, and it has been determined that the following treatment will be outside of the scope of the medical fee reimbursement system as of April 1st, 2022.
1.社会保険適用分の接骨院（整骨院）療養
Treatment covered by insurance at an osteopathic clinic
2.社会保険適用分の鍼灸、按摩・マッサージ療養
Treatment covered by insurance for acupuncture/moxibustion/massage
3.医師が治療に必要と認めた治療用装具
Therapeutic orthosis deemed necessary for treatment by a doctor
Please note that the application for the treatment at an osteopathic clinic or acupuncture/moxibustion/massage on or after April 1st, 2022 will be outside of the scope of the medical fee reimbursement system.
The treatment until March 31st, 2022 will be the scope of the medical fee reimbursement system, but students require to submit the prescribed application forms and the receipt (copy is accepted) to the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association counter by the designated deadline (by the 10th day of the third month after the month following the visit month).
Please be sure that you will not receive the medical reimbursement without the application by the deadline.
