Precautions

1. Submit the “Application” by the 10th day of the third month after the visit month.
2. If the 10th, which is the last day of submission, falls on a Saturday/Sunday/holiday or during Summer/Winter break, it shall be the next weekday.
3. If the Application deadline is changed due to the university calendar or unexpected event, etc., we shall inform you of such changes on this website every time.
4. If you are applying by mail, the application must arrive by the above Application deadline.

No application submitted after the application deadline shall be accepted. Apply well ahead of the deadline.

For Students Expected to Graduate or Complete Their Studies

March Graduates (Completers):
Applications for the medical services by March 31st are accepted.
The application deadline for medical services received in March is June 10 of the same year (*).

September Graduates (Completers):
Applications for the medical services by September 30th are accepted.
The application deadline for medical services received in September is December 10 of the same year (*).

* If the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, the application deadline will be the next business day.
Please be sure to check the application deadline listed at the top of this page for details.

-After graduation (completion), a copy of your student ID card can be used as identification.
-Please do not close the bank account registered under your name in MyWaseda until funds have been deposited.
