If you are a circle, you can widely use these facilities for lectures, etc. ( Yasujiro Tsutsumi Memorial Lounge on the 2F of Building 26 can only be used for meetings).

Meeting Spaces (2F, 3F, 4F, 5F, 6F, 7F, 8F, 9F, 10F, and 11F in the east building)

The spaces can be widely used for circle meetings, etc. We accept reservations, but the spaces can be freely used if open, due to the spaces being open spaces.
However, you must vacate the space when the reserving party arrives.

Monthly reservation: Up to 4 segments per week Weekly reservation/reservation on the day of use: Up to 3 segments per week

Monthly reservation: 3rd day (Wednesday) with the first Monday of the month before use being regarded as the first day
Weekly reservation: From Monday of the week before use (from 8:00 am) to the day before use

Conference room for reservation for a period

The 14㎡ Conference Room is available for reservation for a certain period for event/project preparation, etc.
