If you are going to be late for the reservation time, be sure to inform the Information Counter in advance. If no communication is made in advance and if you have not come to receive the key even after 15 minutes have passed after the scheduled use start time, you are regarded to have renounced the use. All reservations on the day shall be invalid. So, be sure to remember this rule.
