Multipurpose Hall

[Facility] B201 on the B2F

The 250㎡ Multipurpose Hall has a 2-floor open ceiling and can be used for recitals, concerts, movie showings, etc. with the capacity to hold 200 people. A grand piano, stage, and blackout curtain are also available.

If the purpose is practicing

Available periods

Monthly reservation: Up to 4 segments per week
Weekly reservation/reservation on the day of use: Up to 3 segments per week

Reservation day

Monthly reservation: 2nd day (Tuesday) with the first Monday of the month before use being regarded as the first day
Weekly reservation: From Monday of the week before use (from 8:00 am) to the day before use

Reservation method

Monthly reservation: Drawing
Weekly reservation: On a first-come-first-served basis

If the purpose is performance

Available period

Up to 1 week, depending on the purpose

Required documents

Application to use Multipurpose Hall, written pledge
Fill out the required items on the application for usage, affix the chair’s seal, and obtain the approval of the Student Affairs Section within 2 weeks after the provisional reservation.

Reservation start

1 year before the use

Reservation day

Monthly reservation: 4th day (Thursday) with the first Monday of the month before use being regarded as the first day

Reservation method

On a first-come-first-served basis

After reservation and before the performance, discussions shall be required with the theater management staff regarding the setup of the theater, operation, etc. Contact the theater management staff (080-9209-7599) for details.

Drama Practice Rooms for Public Performance (2 rooms)/Drama Practice Rooms (5 rooms)

If the purpose is practicing

Available periods

Monthly reservation: Users may use the rooms for a long period of time beyond the maximum number of segments after discussion
Weekly reservation/reservation on the day of use: Up to 3 segments per week

Required documents

Application to use shared-use facilities (This shall be submitted to Information by 3 days before the monthly reservation day.)

Reservation day

Monthly reservation: 1st day (Monday) with the first Monday of the month before use being regarded as the first day
Weekly reservation: From Monday of the week before use (from 8:00 am) to the day before use

Monthly reservation: Discussions
Weekly reservation: On a first-come-first-served basis
