Seminar Houses are facilities of Waseda University.
Groups that do not adhere to the following guidelines will be penalized by not being allowed to apply for the lottery for the Seminar House or use the Seminar House.

(1) When using facilities, follow the instructions of the manager.
To prevent accidents, inform the manager when you go mountaineering, hiking, swimming, or are going out at night.
If you swim, be sure to do so within the swimming zones. Be very careful regarding offshore currents.
In case of sudden illness, injury, accident, etc., immediately contact the manager.
(2) Users are responsible for their own valuables.
(3) Always try to keep the facilities clean/tidy, be sure to thoroughly clean up on your own, by throwing away trash (separated into burnable and non-burnable trash).
(4) Please treat equipment and supplies with care.
In case of loss, defacement, or damage, please notify the manager.
If the case is concealed or deemed to be a malicious act, the actual cost will be charged.
Borrowed equipment must be returned after use.
(5) When using sports facilities, follow the precautions regarding facility use.
(6) Strictly follow to the following “Standard Hours of Living”.
*For meals, gather at the dining room when informed by the manager.
You may be asked to move the meal time, depending on the reservation situation.
4:00 pm to 10:00 pm [Sugadaira/Izukawana/Kamogawa]
*Each room comes with a unit bathroom in [Honjo], which can be used any time of the day. ( No common bath is in [Honjo])

(7) Please vacate (check out) from the room by 10:00 a.m.
Please pay for your meals and return your sheets, etc. before leaving.
*Please vacate (check out) by 9:30 a.m. only at Kamogawa Seminar House.
(8) Please refrain from behaviors that might disrupt the order and public morals of the Seminar House and cause problems to other users and neighbors. In particular, the following actions are prohibited.
(9) The following rules must be strictly observed when having a meal together (except for standing style dinners) involving alcohol consumption.
In case of any inconsistency between the Japanese version and the English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
