Usage fee

In response to the increase in the consumption tax starting on October 1 of 2019, we have revised the Seminar House lodging fee, annex facility usage fee, and meal prices.

Implementation timing: Starting with lodging on October 1, 2019

In principle, seminar room use shall be up to the morning of the day of checkout.
This is due to considerations for the group checking in after 1:00 pm on the same day. If a group wishes to use the facility in the afternoon, they must consult with the Student Affairs Section in advance.

  • Sports facility usage time shall be from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
  • Due to the lack of night lighting and days being short in fall and winter, using outdoor sports facilities after 4:00 pm is not recommended.
  • The Izukawana Seminar House does not have sports facilities, but you can use the “Komuroyama Park, Ito” that is adjacent to the Seminar House.
  • Directly contact the management office (0557-45-1594) for both inquiries and application.
