留学ビザで日本に入国する場合は、以下のSTEPで手続きを行ってください。
If you enter Japan with a Student Visa, please follow the STEPs as below.

STEP 1：　　ERFS（Entrants, Retumees Follow-up System）登録　/  Registration to the ERFS.

COEの交付を待つ間に、登録してください。 [締切：2022年7月25日]  
Please register to the ERFS while waiting for the COE to be issued .  [Deadline : July 25 ,2022 ]

入学予定者 Prospective Students	★受付終了/CLOSED★ 在学生（現在CJLに在籍中） Current Students（Currently enrolled at CJL)

※登録する際、入学予定者は受験番号、在学生は学籍番号を入力してください。
※登録した氏名がパスポート表記と異なる場合は大使館でビザ申請ができませんので、ERFS申請の際はご注意ください。姓・名の順番にもご注意ください。
※質問項目の 章2:「渡航情報について」は現時点での予定で結構です。申請後に予定が変わった場合でも、再申請する必要はありません。
※「ERFS受付済証」は申請後１週間以内にメールで送付します。「EFRS受付済証」に記載されている“滞在先住所”と“施設”については、仮の情報を登録しております。
※When registering, please enter your examination number for prospective students and your student ID number for current students.
※Please be very careful when applying for ERFS, because if the name entered is different from the one written in your passport, you will not be able to apply for a visa at the Embassy. Please note the order of first name and last name.
※Chapter 2: Travel Information ; If your schedule is not confirmed,  please fill in your expected date.  Besides no need to re-apply in case of change.
※To those who complete the registration to the ERFS, we will send the “Certificate for Completion of Registration to the ERFS system” by email within a week. The “address of hotel” and the “name of hotel” information on the certificate are registered with tentative information.

STEP 2： 　　自国の日本大使館でビザ申請　/   Application for your Visa at the Japanese Embassy 

※ビザ申請時、COEの他に「ERFS受付済証」（STEP1参照）と「ファストトラック確認書」等を大使館へ提出する必要があります。
※「ファストトラック確認書」はCOEと一緒に郵送します。
※”Certificate for Complection of Registration to the ERFS system” （please refer to STEP1） and “Confirmation ” and other documents are required to submit for applying to your Visa.
※The above document “Confirmation” will be send to you together with your COE by mail.

STEP 3 ：　　日本到着日の報告　/　Report of  your arrival date       

日本に到着する日が確定したら、事前に報告してください。[締切：日本到着前までに】
Please report  your arrival date in  Japan  if it is confirmed.[Deadline: Before arriving in Japan]

STEP 4：　　日本へ入国　/　Entering  Japan

2022年秋学期が始まるまでに、日本へ入国してください。
Please enter  Japan before  the Fall semester starts.
