1950年に淡江英語専科学校として創立、1980年に淡江大学と改名した。台湾の私立大学の中では最も歴史のある総合大学。 「国際化」、「情報化」、「未来化」の三大教育理念を掲げ、発展を遂げてきた。台北・宜蘭・淡水の三ヶ所に校舎があり、メインの淡水校舎は高台にあり、美しい眺望が望める。(夕日が綺麗な場所として有名)就職率でも、淡江大学は私学のトップにランキングしている。

1. 奨学金として麗澤國際学舎 か 松濤女子寮の寮費が免除になります。管理費NTD3,000(per semester)その他光熱費やインターネット使用料等を負担する必要があります。休み期間の寮費は学生負担です。また、奨学金申請をする場合は、GPA2.5が必要となります。The dormitory fee will be waived for 麗澤國際学舎 or 松濤女子寮 as a finacial aid. NTD3,000 (per semester) will be charged as a management fee separately.Other fees such as utility and internet access fees will be charged. During the holiday, in case students stay at the dormitory, they need to pay the dormitory fee for the vacation period. In addition, GPA 2.5 is required to apply for this scholarship. 2. Nationality: Please note that the students who are holding a citizenship of Mainland China, HK and Macau are required to apply for Entry Permit through the assistance of the host university. However, according to the Ministry of Education (MOE), they can only get 6 months valid entry permit in the first place; for their 2nd semester, the host university needs to report to MOE for extending in the middle of the semester based on the law. The approval is NOT guaranteed.

留学体験談 / Testimonial

Q.留学を通じて得た成果を教えてください
学習面では、語学面で英語と中国語を伸ばすことが出来ました。また、授業自体も交換留学生は学部に関わらず幅広く履修することが出来たので、日本では学ぶ機会がないものも台湾で学ぶことが出来ました。特にこちらの大学ではグループワークやプレゼンテーションがどの授業にもあったので、そこでチームで課題に取り組む力や発表に対する免疫がつきました。

精神面や生活面で言うと、寮生活を経験すると他の国のどのような生活環境でも生きていくことが出来る適応力を身につけることが出来ると感じました。日本とは異なる国で、共同で生活するという経験は様々な意味で自分をタフにしてくれたと感じます。

精神面では、言語の壁や環境の変化などで苦しいと感じることもありましたが終わってみればその辛い経験を乗り越えることが出来たということが一つの成功体験になります。私は、精神的に大きく成長することが出来たと感じます。

    For SILS students participation in a year-long study abroad program is part of the general degree requirements.
    Therefore, you must consult with your School Office in advance if you wish to apply to a semester program(s).
  • 通年科目が設置されている学部に属する学生が春学期留学をする場合、 科目登録ができず、帰国後の秋学期の授業を受けられない可能性があります。
    その他、専門演習(ゼミ)の登録や履修ができない等、支障が出る可能性がありますので、 所属学部・研究科に問い合わせ、よく確認の上、出願して下さい。
