The Waseda Portal Office was established in March 2006 on the first floor of Building No. 7, the heart of the Waseda campus, to provide one-stop services to students.
We aim to realize one-stop service by being convenient for users, being a friendly presence, and being important for the moment.
In addition, the open and friendly office environment makes it easy to use.
The Waseda Portal Office provides various services for students, alumni, faculty, and staff, including various application procedures and consultation services.
It also functions as a general information desk and provides temporary consultation for all kinds of inquiries on campus.

The Waseda Portal Office is a rare office at Waseda University that was established primarily by staff members.The ideal student service was pursued, and after more than a year of discussions, it was opened.
Since its opening in March 2006, more than 15 years ago, the form of our services has changed with the changing times.
On the other hand, the philosophy of Waseda Portal Office has remained unchanged since its establishment and is carried over to the present.
