- 演題：中国の職業高校と高等教育の接続：その方法と帰結、Integrating Vocational Secondary Education and Higher Education: Approaches and Social Consequences in China
- 開催概要：China has built the world’s largest vocational and higher education systems. Recent policy initiatives seek to bridge these two sectors by expanding tertiary education opportunities for graduates of vocational secondary schools. However, the developmental trajectory and labor market implications of these integration efforts remain insufficiently understood. This study situates China’s experience within a comparative framework, examining how countries with distinct national skill formation systems construct pathways between vocational and academic tracks. Drawing on the 2022 and 2025 national surveys of vocational college graduates, the analysis explores the academic progression and career outcomes of individuals who have traversed both vocational secondary and tertiary institutions. The findings illuminate the evolving role of vocational education in contemporary Chinese society and reveal emerging mechanisms of social reproduction in the aftermath of the Great Higher Education Expansion of the late 1990s.（中国の中等教育において大きな比重を占める職業高等学校卒業生に対して、いかにして職業高等教育の機会を付与するかは重要な政策課題となっている。2022年と2025年に実施された調査をもとに、職業高校から職業高等教育機関へと移行した生徒・学生の学業の進捗、その後のキャリアの進展を検討することで、現代中国における職業教育の果たす役割の大きさを明らかにするとともに、1990年代後半に高等教育拡大期以降の社会的再生産のメカニズムを検討することを目的とする。）
