In response to the social situation due to the spreading of the recent COVID-19, the Student Affairs Section of Waseda University has established the Seminar House Use Guidelines and shall operate them in all Seminar Houses of Waseda University in order to prevent the spreading of COVID-19, while prioritizing the safety and security of users and employees of Seminar Houses.
While restrictions may be relaxed depending on the future situation, please thoroughly follow these guidelines when using Seminar Houses for the foreseeable future.

August 2 (Sun), 2020 – December 31 (Thu), 2020

In response to the enforcement of these guidelines, the responsible university staff member for the use must submit the application to use Seminar Houses to the person in charge of Seminar Houses in the Student Affairs Section 2 weeks before the scheduled use start date if you wish to use a Seminar House.
Application to use Seminar Houses
The person in charge of Seminar Houses in the Student Affairs Section shall individually accept reservations from groups that have submitted the application to use Seminar Houses and obtained the approval for the use.
If any of the items on the health check sheet for Seminar House user is applicable, the application shall be denied. Please check the contents in advance.
