Medical Fee Reimbursement System from the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association shall be limited to those within the scope of medical insurance.
Note that vaccinations for influenza, etc. shall not be covered by insurance and therefore shall be outside of the scope of the Medical Fee Reimbursement System.
*The medical fee shall not be reimbursed even if you apply for it. Also note that submitted receipts, etc. shall not be returned for any reason.
*The Medical Fee Reimbursement System shall only target treatment and dispensing covered by insurance. Refer to this for treatment examples that are not covered by the provision.
