*If the user is a student, the university shall provide subsidy for the usage fee at a later date. (Bank transfer to personal account. Excluding non-degree students and Extension Center students)
*1 hour minimum. Price is added every 5 minutes past 1 hour.

If a student user receives the subsidy for the usage fee, the usage fee shall be 1,050 yen per hour in all periods up to 10 hours per week.

Billing/payment for the usage fee shall be as indicated on the usage fee table. The subsidy amount shall be transferred by the university to the “personal account” at a later date.

In addition, the following cases shall be excluded from the subsidy target and shall be charged as per the usage fee table.

*The subsidy amount shall be calculated by omitting any amount under 10 yen.

• Students of the Extension Center
• Usage of more than 10 hours a week
  Up to 10 hours shall fall within the subsidy target and shall be 1,050 yen per hour in all periods. However, usage of more than 10 hours a week shall be charged as per the usage fee table.
• Close cancellation with less than 7 days left before the scheduled use day shall also be excluded from the subsidy target. Note that you will be charged with the usage fee even if you did not use the facility.
  However, if a class is canceled with less than 7 days left before the scheduled use day, the use shall fall within the subsidy target as long as you submit the “Application for the usage fee subsidy in case of close cancellation” within 3 months of the scheduled use day.
