Application Deadline

Application Deadline (A.Y. 2025)

  • Submit the “Application” by the 10th day of the third month after the month following the visit month.
  • If the 10th, which is the last day of submission, falls on a Saturday/Sunday/holiday or during Summer/Winter break when the Student Affairs Section is closed, it shall be the next weekday.
  • If the latest information regarding the Application deadline or the Application deadline is changed due to the university calendar, we shall inform you of such news on the Waseda University Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association website every time.
  • Note that no application submitted after the deadline shall be accepted.

Precautions

  3. If the Application deadline is changed due to the university calendar or unexpected event, etc., we shall inform you of such changes on this website every time.
  4. If you are applying by mail, the application must arrive by the above Application deadline.

No application submitted after the application deadline shall be accepted. Apply well ahead of the deadline.
