Information Center (2F)

It is located on the right after entering the main entrance on the second floor of the Student Center.

The Information Center provides general information about the Student Center, as well as accepting reservations and lending out practice rooms and meeting rooms, and lending out items.
Inquire with them first if you have any questions regarding the Student Center.

Counter #1 Dormitory

• Student Dormitory・Housing
  Information is provided about two direct managed dormitories owned by Waseda University (WISH: Waseda International Student House and Higashi-Fushimi Student Dormitory), as well as exclusive and affiliated dormitories managed by affiliated organizations through partnerships with the university. 
  
• Resident Assistants (RA)
  Support and management are provided for the volunteer staff (RAs) who assist in the university’s directly managed and exclusive dormitories.＞ Visit the Student Dormitory Desk Website here 

Counter #2 Seminar House/ Student jobs/Various compensation systems/Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association

• Seminar House
  The Seminar House can be used for camps for seminars and circles. Go to the “Student Life” page on MyWaseda to reserve the Seminar House.
• Student Participation and Student Jobs
  They offer information on student jobs (on-campus part-time jobs) and general part-time jobs outside of campus.
• Various compensation systems/Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association
  They handle the compensation system for accidents during classes/extracurricular activities and the system to cover part of the medical cost (Student Health Promotion Mutual Aid Association).

Counter #3 Student affairs in general/circle-related matters

• Student affairs in general
  They manage lost and found, respond to student affair issues in general (Emergency Contact Information “Gakusei Seikatsu 110”), etc.
• Circle-related matters
  They respond to new registration of circles, official circle continuation procedure, application for extracurricular activity subsidiary aids, reservation of shared classrooms, etc.
