ロックアウト期間における入構許可証の発行について
政治学研究科・経済学研究科所属学生各位
２月６日（木）-２４日（月）まで入試による入構ロックアウト期間となります。
このことにより、学内に入構するために許可証が必要となります。ついては１月２７日(月)までに指導教員に申し出いただき、事務所で所定の用紙を入手し、学籍番号・氏名・期間・理由を記入してください。
なお、修士課程と博士後期課程で制限が異なります。
修士課程 ：原則入構不可。
博士後期課程：事前に指導教員の許可を得ていれば入構可。
許可証を発行次第、事務所よりご連絡いたしますので、ロックアウト期間前に事務所まで取りにお越しください。

Regarding entrance permission card request during Waseda Campus Lockout Period
To students of Graduate School of Political Science/ Economics
Access to the Waseda Campus will become restricted during the entrance examination period from Thursday, February 6, 2014 to Monday, February 24, 2014. As a rule, students are not allowed on campus, but only on request basis, an entrance permission card will be issued. Please fill in necessary information on the designated form and submit it to the Office no later than Monday, January 27. Please note that you will need to obtain permission from your supervisor.
The restriction details are as follows:
Master’s students: Not allowed in principle
Doctor’s students: May be allowed if agreed by their supervisor
After a permission card is issued, students will be asked to pick it up at the Office before the restriction period.
