One of the strengths of the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies (GSAPS), Waseda University, is its faculty.
Our faculty members are from diverse academic and professional backgrounds. They are highly experienced researchers engaged in cutting-edge research in their respective fields. Many had prior careers in international institutions such as UNICEF and the World Bank, and professional experiences working in diplomacy or mass media.
We have produced a series of “Faculty Spotlights” including digital books and interview videos (Digital books & interview videos), that features each of our faculty members. There are three volumes in total (Vol.3, the latest one, has just been released) introducing 18 faculty members.
Please take a look at the “Faculty Spotlights”. By hearing their own voices, you will gain a better sense of their unique expertise and rich humanism and, the attractive learning experiences offered by GSAPS.
