As to the “Project Research Seminars Available for September 2023 Entrance” on the Application Guide, the project research seminars of Prof. Shinzo HAYASE and Prof. Glenda S. ROBERTS are available only for the “Special Research Students Program” (non-degree program). (NOT available for the “Ph.D. Program” [three-year degree seeking program as a regular student])
