Venue: Okuma Garden House, Waseda university, Waseda campus (Map see Bldg. No. 25).

Entry fee: ¥3000 (Pay on arrival, includes buffet, soft drinks and alcohol.)
Attendees: GSAPS Faculty, GSAPS Alumni and GSAPS current students
