Research Theme, Outline of Project Research Seminar, Message to Prospects
This research project seminar welcomes students working on topics related to politics and international relations in Northeast Asia. I am particularly interested in topics related to nationalism, identities, historical memory, territorial disputes, non-state actors, the interplay of domestic and international politics as well as the respective roles of the Korean Peninsula, Japan, and Russia in the region but students working on other issues or countries and using qualitative methodologies are also welcome.
