Waseda Student Culture Award was established in May 2001 to encourage extracurricular activities by students, and the award is given to those who have made particularly outstanding achievements.
The Award will be held in March, and recipients will receive a certificate. The reason for receiving the award will be inscribed on a memorial plaque in the Student Center to honor the award for a long time.
Both self-recommendations and other recommendations will be accepted. We are looking forward to your application.
Those who have made particularly outstanding achievements in extracurricular activities (including groups and organizations) during the period from January to December of every year.
*Regular activities and equivalent activities (Seminar Thesis, Bachelor’s Thesis, Master’s Thesis, and activities of various athletic clubs) are not eligible.
Please submit your application by filling out and attaching the required documents from the application below during the period of November 25 to December 8, 2024.
If the results of your activity will be released between December 9 and December 31 (Fri.), please contact us before the deadline.
*For those who have achieved results with three or more members, please be sure to submit the application as a group. Also, if you have achieved results in pairs, such as pair dancing, please submit the application under a joint name.
*When applying, you need to attach documents that show details of your activities and competitions. If it is in a foreign language, please prepare a Japanese translation and attach it as well.

-Award certificates (photocopies are acceptable), trophy images, and photos of the competition.
-Outline of the competition, screenshot of the website showing the outline of the competition, etc.
*If it is difficult to attach the application form, please submit it directly to the Student Affairs Section Office, Counter No. 3 (1st floor, Building 30, Toyama Campus: Office hours: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays only) or submit it to the Student Affairs Section by mail. The period for direct submission and submission by mail is also from November 25 to December 8, 2024.

In case of any inconsistency between the Japanese version and the English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
