The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is scheduled to leave the European Union on 29 March 2019. Prof Hughes will explain why the decision was made, the major challenges in the current negotiations, the most likely scenario after Brexit and its implications for the relations of the UK with the Asia-Pacific.
