Useful Information for Foreign Residents Living in Japan
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan is accepting applications for government sponsored scholarships for foreign students studying Japanese language and culture in Japanese universities. Students planning to enter Waseda’s Japanese Language Program (JLP) are eligible applicants for this grant, but the recommendation of their home university is required.
Due to the delayed release of information from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) compared to previous years, we have selected some partner schools and will provide the necessary information to those schools only. Thank you very much for your understanding.
