Come join this special trip to the scenic Tokorozawa campus!
After the bamboo shoot digging, you’ll have free lunch in the Tokorozawa Cafeteria followed by a networking event with other students.

What are Bamboo Shoots?
The tender-crisp, ivory-colored shoot of an edible species of bamboo plant.
They are used in numerous Asian dishes and broths.
