Refresh your mind and body! Ever wanted to try Tai Chi, a traditional Chinese martial art?

When you hear “Tai Chi,” you might picture slow, gentle movements. But behind these graceful movements lies the rich history and cultural heritage of traditional martial art.

At this event, you’ll learn about the history and culture of Tai Chi through a talk by an instructor, enjoy a live demonstration, and try the movements yourself. Beginners are more than welcome!

By focusing on Tai Chi’s gentle movements and breathing, take a break from your busy daily lives and refresh both your minds and bodies.

Another highlight of this event is the opportunity to connect with other participants through a shared experience. Discovering a new culture and meeting new people might just open up a whole new world for you!

Discover a culture, move with purpose, and connect with others through Tai Chi.

We look forward to seeing you there!
