In the data science education program, students not only learn the theory of data science, which is necessary regardless of their field of expertise, but also acquire the skills to handle real data.
In addition, students will learn ways of thinking that link knowledge from their own "specialized" fields. To achieve this, we have prepared four subject groups, A, B, C, and D, as a systematic program for learning data science step by step from the basics to advanced levels.

For those new to data science
Data science is an academic field in which the type of data and the purpose of its use are important. If you are studying data science for the first time, we recommend that you start with Group A subjects.
We offer "Introduction to Data Science Alpha, Beta, Gamma, and Delta" as a course that teaches the concepts of data science in a unified manner.
On the other hand, if you want to focus on statistics, you should take "Statistical Literacy Alpha and Beta."
Those who have completed "Statistical Literacy α/β" can take the course "Introduction to Data Science 1/2 (for those who have already studied statistics)" to learn how to think about data science.
As the final step in the A-group courses, students will take on the challenge of "Data Science Practice," using the data science concepts and skills they have learned up to that point. They will learn practical ways to utilize data science through the data analysis process.
