Dear SSS students,
We would like to inform you of the following policies for courses offered by School of Social Sciences in the spring semester of the AY2021.
(1) Basically, courses for general program will be conducted face-to-face style, but some courses will be conducted online (recorded, broadcast, etc.)
(2) For English -based program courses, each course has a different teaching method. Please check the course list and web syllabus, and take the courses that are most appropriate for your situation. Please note that we do not offer online make-up classes for face-to-face classes.

※Please note that “Hybrid (In-person/Online)” refers to courses that conduct classes in-person as well as online, and does not necessarily refer to courses which provide the choice of participating either in-person or online for a given class.
From this year, you can access the Waseda Moodle for each courses even while you are applying for after each course registration period.
But to confirm your official course registration result, please check the registration result notice of each course registration period.
When conducting face-to-face classes, we plan to allocate classrooms that are large enough to avoid close contact between students.
Please wear a mask when entering the university, and refrain from coming to the university if you are not feeling well.
Information of classrooms for face-to-face classes will be uploaded on the web syllabus and course registration screen in early April.
