Payment of tuitions after admission
Registering a Bank Account for Tuition Payments
Waseda University would require the students and their guardian (tuition payers) to pay tuition and fees each semester by automatic debit transfer until their graduation (completion).
- “Tuition Payment Account” is different from the “Personal Bank Account” registered in the admission information entry form (UCARO).
- The procedure must be carried out by the account holder. At that time, you will need to enter authentication information provided by the financial institution, such as your Student ID number and cash card PIN (the information required for authentication will vary depending on the financial institution).
- There are no fees or withdrawal fees associated with the registration process (paid by the university).
- Even if you are an undergraduate student at our university or wish to continue to designate the same account, you will need to go through the procedure again.
Change of registered information
The “Notification of Bank Transfer of Tuitions, etc” will include the transfer date, account information, amount, etc. This information will be sent to the “person/body who will bear the tuition fees” registered when entering admission procedure information through UCARO. If the “person/body who will bear the tuition fees” or its mailing address has changed, please inform the Academic Affairs of Administrative Center of Graduate School of Sport Sciences. Particularly, if your guardian lives abroad and the “person/body who will bear the tuition fees” is “the student yourself” and if you marked “2. Not determined yet” in the “1. Student yourself ⑨ Residence after admission” in the “Waseda University Admission Procedure Form”, be sure to notify your new address in Japan to the Administrative Center of Graduate School of Sport Sciences.
