Education verification

To complete the verification, we need to have the following documents:

・A scanned certificate issued by our university (the one you would like to request verification for)
・A copy of the person’s passport or ID card
・A document for authorization/consent form signed by the person for background verification
・A Certificate of Family Register (for example, “Kosekitouhon” or “Kosekisyouhon”)
*In case the student’s name has changed after graduating, we need a document to prove the person is our graduate.
