TOKYO PRIDE とは？
特定非営利活動法人 東京レインボープライドが開催する、アジア最大級のLGBTQ＋の象徴となるイベントです。
プライドパレード＆フェスティバルをはじめ、ユース・アート・LGBTQ＋カルチャー・カンファレンスなど、多角的なプログラムを通じて、社会に向けて多様な声と課題を発信していきます。
LGBTQ+の権利や多様性を祝うプライドマンスに、当事者・LGBTQ+コミュニティをはじめ、様々な団体・行政・企業・アライ・大使館など、多くの人々がともに考え、人権課題への理解を深め、偏見や差別の解消につながるきっかけをつくります。
2026年のテーマは「多様性と平等がひらく未来」
“Tokyo Pride”を通じて社会に変化を生み出し、すべての人が自分らしく生きられる社会をめざして開催します。

What is TOKYO PRIDE?
Hosted by an NPO Tokyo Rainbow Pride, TRP is one of Asia’s largest and most symbolic events for the LGBTQ+ community.
Through a wide range of programs—including the Pride Parade and Festival, as well as youth, arts, LGBTQ+ culture, and conference events—we aim to amplify diverse voices and raise awareness of important social issues.
During Pride Month, which celebrates LGBTQ+ rights and diversity, we bring together LGBTQ+ individuals and communities, along with civil society organizations, government agencies, businesses, allies, embassies, and many others. Together, we foster dialogue, deepen understanding of human rights issues, and create opportunities to challenge prejudice and discrimination.
The theme for 2026 is “A Future Opened Up by Diversity and Equality.”
Through “Tokyo Pride,” we aim to create social change and a society where everyone can live authentically.
