Study Abroad Fall Additional Recruitment (Deadline: Jan 2018) will be held according to the following schedule. Please check the details.

1.　Programs

Programs selected by CIE where we can afford more candidate.
Available programs are to be announced on Dec. 13, 2017.

2.　Applicants

Students who did not apply for the Fall Recruitment (Oct 2017).
Students who did apply for the Fall Recruitment (Oct 2017), but were not selected as a candidate.

Dec. 16, 2017 Noon ～ Jan. 12, 2018 17:00	Please note the time	WEB Application Registration(via MyWaseda “Application Form”) ・The application system is extremely crowded on the final day of the application period. If you wait until the last day, it may not be possible to register by the deadline. Please select your schools carefully and register your application well in advance of the deadline. ・Please pay attention to the deadline. No application for registration after the deadline will be accepted.
Jan. 9 ～ Jan. 12	9:00～17:00	Submission of Application Materials Place: Building 22, 1st Floor, Waseda Global Gate ・Please submit the necessary documents by putting them in a designated envelope. A box will be set in WGG so please drop the envelope in the box to submit. ・Students of the Nishi-Waseda and Tokorozawa Campus can submit documents to the office of their undergraduate or graduate school if the submission period is the same. You can get the envelopes exclusively for submission at each office.
Jan. 19 ～ Jan.26	To be announced	Examination for Undergraduate or Graduate School Nomination ・Interview, etc. Contents of the examination vary by school office. ・There will be a contact from your school office only if you are required to take Interview, etc. Otherwise, there will be no contact.
Feb. 2	13:00	Announcement of Screening Results (via MyWaseda)
Feb. 5	18：15	Orientation for nominated Study Abroad students (Venue: TBA)
