Obituary of Professor Hiroshi Nishihara

Dr. Hiroshi Nishihara, Professor of Law, Faculty of Social Sciences and former
dean of the Graduate School of Social Sciences, had passed away on January 22, 2018.
Faculty, staff and students at Faculty of Social Sciences offer our deepest condolences
to Prof. Nishihara and his family.

Due to the reason above, the Graduate School of Social Sciences has determined to
remove Prof. Nishihara’s research field, “Comparative Constitutional Study” from the
list of English-taught research field opened for September 2018 admission.
