以下の修士論文提出要領をよく確認し、必要書類を期日までに提出してください。同内容を事務所前掲示板にも掲示しています。
Please carefully read the following guide for master’s thesis submission and submit all required documents by the deadline. The same information is also posted on the bulletin board in front of the IPS Office.

提出書類の書式 / Forms to Download

• 修士論文本体を紙媒体で提出する場合の見本 / Sample Format for Paper Submission of Master’s Thesis

※修士論文本体を紙媒体で提出する場合、提出物は完成したものを事務所に提出してください。事務所では、穴あけ、ホッチキス留め、ファイル綴じ等の作業はできません。
If you submit the thesis in paper form, please bring the completed document to the IPS Office. The office cannot do work such as punching holes, stapling, or binding files for you.

概要書・誓約書に関する注意事項 / Notes on the Abstract and Pledge

• 概要書は所定用紙を使用し、指導教員の承認印またはサインのある原本を提出してください。
  Submit the original abstract form with your supervisor’s seal or signature.
• 概要書のファイルと同一ファイルに入っている「修士学位論文提出における誓約書」も併せて用意し、指導教員の押印を受けてください。
  Also prepare the “Pledge for Master’s Thesis Submission” included in the same file as the abstract form, and obtain your supervisor’s seal on it.
• 誓約書は、概要書提出と同時にIPS事務所へ提出してください。
  Submit the pledge form to the IPS Office at the same time as the abstract.
• 概要書および誓約書は、それぞれ別の用紙に印刷し、かつそれぞれA4サイズ1枚に収めてください。
  Print the abstract and the pledge on separate sheets, and make sure that each document is kept within one A4 page.
• 「研究題目」は、和文タイトルの場合は英文タイトルも記入してください。英文タイトルのみの場合、和文タイトルは不要です。
  For the thesis title, if the title is in Japanese, the English title must also be provided. If the title is only in English, the Japanese title is not required.
• 「研究」は、所定の研究一覧を確認のうえ記入してください。
  For the “Research” field, please refer to the prescribed research list.

提出期限 / Deadline

2026年7月15日（水）17:00（日本時間）
July 15, 2026 (Wed) at 17:00 (JST)

※時間厳守。締切後はいかなる理由でも受け付けません。
No submissions will be accepted after the deadline for any reason.

提出先 / Submission

1．修士論文概要書・誓約書 / Master’s Thesis Abstract and Pledge

紙でIPS事務所に提出してください。
Submit them in paper form to the IPS Office.

2．修士論文 / Master’s Thesis

修士論文は、紙またはオンラインで提出してください。提出方法は、分野・指導教員により異なります。必ず指導教員の指示に従ってください。
Submit the master’s thesis either in paper form or online. The submission method differs depending on your field and supervisor. Be sure to follow your supervisor’s instructions.

紙で提出する場合 / When submitting in paper form

• 概要書に加え、修士論文3部をIPS事務所に提出してください。
  In addition to the abstract, submit three copies of the master’s thesis to the IPS Office.
• 論文の使用言語は、日本語または英語です。
  The thesis must be written in Japanese or English.
• 紙ファイルに綴じ、表紙（所定用紙）を貼付してください。
  Bind it in a paper file and attach the prescribed cover sheet.
• 紙で修士論文を提出する場合の体裁は、IPS Squareの記事の例を参考にしてください。
  When submitting the thesis in paper form, please refer to the example shown in the IPS Square article.
• 背表紙に「研究室名」「学生氏名」を明記してください。
  Clearly write the laboratory name and student name on the spine.
• 論文題目が和文の場合は、英文題目も記入してください。
  If the thesis title is in Japanese, also provide the English title.
• 修士論文は返却しませんので、必要に応じて事前にコピーを取ってください。
  The thesis will not be returned, so make copies in advance if necessary.

オンラインで提出する場合 / When submitting online

• この場合も、概要書は紙でIPS事務所に提出する必要があります。
  Even in this case, the abstract must still be submitted in paper form to the IPS Office.
• Waseda Moodle の「修士論文（分野名）」から提出してください。
  Submit via Waseda Moodle under the course name: 修士論文（分野名）.
• ファイル名：学籍番号(8桁)_ローマ字氏名_mthesis.pdf
  File name: Student number (8 digits)_Name in alphabets_mthesis.pdf
• 例：44249999_WASEDA Taro_mthesis.pdf
  Example: 44249999_WASEDA Taro_mthesis.pdf
• 論文の使用言語は、日本語または英語です。
  The thesis must be written in Japanese or English.
• Moodle の提出先が設定された後、分野教員から対象学生へメール連絡があります。メール到着後、速やかに提出場所を確認してください。
  After the Moodle course has been set up, supervisors will contact students by email. Please check the submission location immediately after receiving the email.

修士論文発表会 / Thesis Presentation

2026年7月17日（金）～7月28日（火）
July 17, 2026 (Fri) – July 28, 2026 (Tue)

※会場および発表スケジュールは、2026年7月8日ごろにIPS事務所前掲示板でお知らせします。
The venue and presentation schedule will be announced on the bulletin board in front of the IPS Office around July 8, 2026.
