| 要旨 | In my research, I examine unethical behavior in organizations, with a particular focus on unethical prosocial behavior — acts intended to help, rather than harm, one’s organization or workgroup. In this talk, I will share research from this stream of work, highlighting why people engage in unethical prosocial behavior and what the consequences may be for work relationships and performance. |
