During spring holidays (from Sunday, February 4th to Sunday, March 31st), the opening hours of Waseda Portal Office will be as follows.
1. [Duration: Sunday, February 4th to Saturday, February 24th (lockout period)]
During the above period, in order to maintain a quiet environment for taking the entrance examinations, no one other than examinees, proctors, and faculty members will be allowed on the Waseda campus. Waseda Portal Office at building 7 will be closed.
From Monday, February 5th to Saturday, February 24th, Waseda Portal Office will open a temporary office, the <Interim Advisory Center (Rinji Jimusho)> as follows:
Period: February 5, 2024 (Mon) – February 24, 2024 (Sat)
Location: Okuma Garden Hall (1st floor, Okuma Garden House, Bldg. 25, Waseda Campus)
Opening Hours: Monday – Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. *Closed on Sundays and national holidays
