The Waseda Portal Office is accepting reservations for the multi-purpose lecture room in the basement of Building No.26.
There is a fee for the use of lecture rooms, including classes and campus-sponsored events, on days and times that do not fall under the above categories, such as early mornings, late nights, and Sundays. Please check the calendar below for details.

From Fall Semester 2024, the application procedure has been changed from My Waseda to Forms, online application.
(1) Please check the availability of the multi-purpose lecture room in the basement of Building No.26.
If you are an administrative staff (subcontractor), please check from the “Classroom Search” of MyWaseda.
Faculty members or those who do not have the relevant menu on MyWaseda, please contact your department office or portal office to inquire about the availability.
(2) If there is space available on the date and time you wish to use, please apply by clicking on this link.
(3) If paid services are required, portal office will send you a quotation.
