All inquiries and applications received during this period will be respond to in order on Monday August 22th.
Your order will be delivered after the end of August. Please note that even if you request express delivery,
the timing of shipment will remain the same, but the number of mailing days will be shortened,
so please allow one week for delivery. Depending on the content of the request, it may take a few more days to issue the certificate.
Certificates will not be issued or mailed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays,and during the summer vacation period. Please apply as soon as possible if you wish to receive your certificate before the holidays.
