昨年大好評だった「WASEDA ALLY WEEKS」に続き、今年も「WASEDA LGBTQ+ ALLY WEEKS 2023」を開催することが決定しました！去年の開催報告はこちら。

WASEDA LGBTQ+ ALLY WEEKSとは？What is WASEDA LGBTQ+ ALLY WEEKS?
アライ (Ally) とは「自らの特権を自覚したうえで、その特権を進んでリソースとしてLGBTQ＋とその関連コミュニティの公正に向けた運動に活用し、これらの活動を支援する人」だと、GSセンターでは認識しています。
本イベントは、早稲田大学に関わりのある一人ひとりのLGBTQ+の人が自身の力を認識できる場づくりとアライの存在の可視化を通して、性のあり方に関わらず、誰もが過ごしやすい早稲田大学にすることを目的としています。
We perceive an ally as someone who acknowledges their own privilege and actively utilizes it as a resource to support movements and equity for LGBTQ+ people and related communities.
This event’s goal is to make Waseda University a place where every individual associated with the campus community, regardless of their sexual orientation, romantic orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and sex characteristics, can feel comfortable. We aim to do so through creating spaces where LGBTQ+ members can recognize the power within, and increasing the visibility of allies.

企画内容 Contents
昨年も好評だったパレードの他、Allyとしてレベルアップするイベントや昨今の情勢を踏まえたトークイベント、音楽という切り口からジェンダー・セクシュアリティを考えるイベントまで盛り沢山で実施予定！詳細は10月27日（金）に公開するWebページでご確認ください。
なお、原則事前申し込み制で、定員になり次第募集を締め切りますので、お早めにご応募ください。
We will of course have pride parades–yes, multiple parades–this year again! We are also planning on offering a workshop on taking yourself to the next level as an ally, inviting a guest speaker to talk about gender, sexuality, and J-pop, and more! We will release details on October 27, 2023, on our website.
Most of our events will close the registration once it reaches the maximum capacity, so please save your seats as soon as possible!

ロゴのテーマは「規範を飛び出せ！」。
ボックスに入ったり、飛び出た一つ一つのポップコーンが性の多様性や抑圧への抵抗をPOPに表現☆プログレス・プライド・フラッグ・カラーで円をCOLORFULに彩りました！
The message we want to convey through this year’s logo is “Break Free of the Norm!” The popcorn in and popping out of the box represents the diverse sexual orientation, romantic orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and sex characteristics, as well as resistance against oppression★ We vividly colored the circle with the colors of the progress pride flag!
