A briefing session attended by five employees from the Waseda University Academic Solutions Extension Center team was held on July 16 to cover basic operations and effective usage methods and to allow participants to understand the app through firsthand experience. Similar sessions have been held at five locations on campus up to the time of the writing of this article. Anyone interested in learning more about UD Talk may contact the Promotion Office , even without a specific request for information support.
*Although the app is free to use, external equipment such as microphones to capture sound and interfaces to display text may be desired by some users. The costs of purchasing such equipment will be borne by the organizers of the relevant lectures and other events. The Promotion Office may have equipment available to rent and may be contacted with inquiries.
