The following documents are required for application. Please prepare them in advance before applying.

• Medical certificate
• Letter of Opinion from Attending Physician (Required only for students with mental illlness or psychiatric symptoms (If a Letter of Opinion from Attending Physician is submitted, submission of the above Medical certificate is not required.))

• Documents proving that you received support in your home country/school of origin
• Support letter from the guardian
  *The designated form must be completed and signed by the guardian.
