Registration for Official Laboratory Assignment (from Spring Semester 2026)

All applicable students are required to register their preferences for the first round of Official Laboratory Assignment via MyWaseda by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026.

After registration, please contact the faculty member listed as your first-choice and conduct an interview by Monday, February 9.

Please note that if your official laboratory assignment is not finalized, your graduation will be postponed.

• For the detailed schedule of the Official Laboratory Assignment, please refer to slides 41 and 42 of the documents titled “Master Course Laboratory Assignment (as explained during the New Student Orientation)”.
• The announcement of students assigned to laboratories will be made on Tuesday, February 10 via the bulletin board in front of the IPS Office and by email.
• For those whose laboratory assignments have been finalized, the IPS Office will configure their Campus Cards for access to the respective faculty research rooms within one week after the announcement.
