Researchers led by Professor Takeo Miyake and Junior Researcher Saman Azhari have developed stable MXene-coated contact lenses with remarkable optical and EMR shielding properties

The researchers led by Professor Takeo Miyake and Junior Researcher Saman Azhari from the Graduate School of Information Production and Systems, Waseda University; Associate Professor Jun Hirotani from Kyoto University; Professor Kazuhiro Kimura from Yamaguchi University Hospital; and Assistant Professor Atsushige Ashimori from Yamaguchi University Hospital have developed stable MXene-coated contact lenses with remarkable optical and EMR shielding properties. The results were officially announced in a press release.
